Hired as a runner in 2007 JoAnna demonstrated her leadership and organizational skills and was promoted to Event Coordinator in 2008. Acting as an Event Coordinator she worked long hours throughout the week of the shows and demonstrated an autonomous ability to successfully resolve show related production and personnel issues. I wouldn't produce a show in the Philadelphia market without her!
